Background: Several libraries are planning to begin curbside pickup in order to provide socially distanced circulation.   Mobile applications that provide a platform for curbside pickup using text notification are recently available.

Issue: It may be possible to reduce the cost of purchasing an app if we can find enough interest.   For example, an app that would cost $3,000 per library could be reduced to as little as $800 per library with 40 participating libraries.  This survey is intended to gather a quick understanding of the interest that exists among our members to determine if a group buy is of any value.

The MHLS Tech Ops team would like to run a batch update on patron records that are expiring between January 1 and August 31 to expire on August 31.

Please respond to the survey by 5/22/2020. The short turn around is to enable libraries who are ready to move forward.
