Introduction

For the past two years, the OMNI TA Team has been preparing and emailing a regular monthly e-newsletter to Block Grant- and SOR-funded prevention CSB staff. We are asking you to help us evaluate the TA Newsletter by completing this brief, anonymous survey.

We also have questions to gather your input on holding CSB discussion groups or collaboratives in the year ahead.
