Community Award Nomination Form

All Nominations must be submitted by March 31, 2021.
The Community Awards are presented to individuals and businesses who are members of or volunteer for the Greater Burlington Partnership.
Award winners will not be eligible if they have won an award in the past five years.

Additionally a new award has been added this year, Downtown Distinction. Downtown Distinction is an award given to an individual or business that has made significant contributions and shown dedication to Downtown Burlington through volunteerism, leadership, mentorship, or community involvement.

Award Winners will receive the following:
• Recognition at the Awards Social on Thursday, May 20, 2021
• Recognition in the Greater Burlington Partnership Newsletter
• Press release sent to media
