Thank you for taking the time to complete the first annual College & University Protein Sustainability Scorecard survey, which is being sent to the nation's largest self-operated colleges and universities. The Humane Society of the United States collaborates with universities to set ambitious yet achievable sustainability goals. By shifting menus to increase plant-based meals, universities can address the current climate crisis and animal welfare concerns while promoting customer health and wellness.
This short survey is broken into three sections: menu transparency, goals, and plan of action. After you submit, we will offer private feedback to ensure maximum points. All institutions that receive this survey will be included in the published scorecard report.
Please let us know if you have any questions. In the meantime, thank you for everything your university is doing to create a better food system and a more sustainable future.
