Note: Generally, meetings are during the week, and service activities are held on the weekends.  Meeting dates and times will depend on the Local Tour Site Director and the overall availability of the Tour Site.  Transportation to and from any meeting and or event will not be provided unless otherwise stated, and prearranged by the local tour site director.  Transportation is the responsibility of the Miss Teen Tours Participant and her parents or guardians.  Please check this box here that you have read and understand the transportation clause.

For the 2020 Mentoring Program TOUR, we will have three to four program sites which are limited to 15 girls per site.  If the participant is selected to participate in the program non-refundable fee of $75.00 will be due during Parent/Participant Orientation.   The FULL Financial commitment is $225.00.  This fee covers ALL PROGRAM MATERIALS, and includes a $150 FULL PAGE AD. The remaining $150.00 is due May 15, 2020 when Ad Monies are due.

program, will:

·          abide by all the rules and regulations of the Miss Teen Tours Agreement,
·          hold the honor of participating in this event in high regards,
·          conduct myself in a moral way at all times, 
·          not do anything to hurt or harm my fellow contestants, 
·          continue to strive to be the best that I can be, 
·          give it 100% and never quit till the work is done,
·          take pride in what I do,
·          focused and aware about my community, 
·          always acknowledge that I am somebody and that I can do all things,
·          accept my role in the community as a good leader or a good follower
and
·          acknowledge the fact that great leaders emerge from disciplined followers. 

If I should win a Miss Teen Tours local, regional or national pageant,
I will commit time to participate in all the activities assigned to me. 
I will represent myself, my tour, my family, my community, and my race, in a
positive way at all times. 
If I fail to adhere to all the rules and regulations of the Miss Teen Tours
Program, my title, crown, and crown pin will be revoked along with any
unused portion of the scholarship and or prize offerings.

Most importantly, I will involve my parents or legal guardians!

* 25. I hereby apply as an entrant in the Miss Teen Tours Program produced by Larger Than Life Productions under Teen Tours Society,
Inc. I acknowledge and agree that:

1.) I will be at least (11) years of age and in the seventh grade and (18) years of age and have not exceeded the twelfth grade by the time of
application to Miss Teen Tours
2.) I am and have always been female, I am not married, have never been married and have never had a marriage annulled. I have never given birth
to a child and am not now pregnant nor am I a parent. (Special exceptions, for young ladies who have one child and have made exceptional advances
to stay in school, make good grades, and be active in home and in the community.) If any of these conditions change, I will notify the Regional and or
National Director immediately and I understand that this may affect my eligibility
3.) I am in good health and good moral character
4.) I am a citizen, reside in the United States, and will be able to attend the required events if chosen one of the top winners
5.) I agree that if I win, I will represent the local, regional, and national tour sites and will participate and abide by all rules governing the pageant
program. I understand that I cannot participate in any other pageant and or title program that will require me to override my contract with Larger than
Life Productions, Teen Tours Society, Inc. and the Miss Teen Tours Program
6.) I hereby release unconditionally and forever any claim against Larger than Life Productions, Inc. Teen Tours Society, Inc., Miss Teen Tours and or
its Officers, Directors, Employees, Volunteers, Agents, Subsidiaries, Assigns or Sponsors, Judges, and any other person, firm, individual, or corporation
charged or chargeable with responsibility or liability. This is to include their heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns from and against
any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, damages, loss of service, actions and causes of action based upon, arising out of, or in any way related to any
honors, rights, or awards sought by me as a contestant in any of the Miss Teen Tours, pageant programs, the conduct of business threat, the
ownership or possession of any honors, rights or awards, thereby, any negligent act, act or misfeasance or nonfeasance by the referenced pageants,
or any of their agents, contractors, servants, employees, or licensees, in conjunction with any honors or awards bestowed at said pageants
7.) I hereby give my consent to the Larger Than Life Productions, Inc., Teen Tours Society, Inc. & the Miss Teen Tours, pageant program and to any
and all forms of news media, for the use of the photographs which I have presented to the above named pageants to use as they see fit for the
purpose of advertising and promotion above written
8.) In giving consent, I release the local, regional, & national pageant and all forms of news media, its agents and assigns, from any liability for any
violation of any personal or property rights which I might have in connection with said photographs, and waive any right to approve accompanying
written or narrative material
9.) I understand and agree that Teen Tours Society, Inc., Miss Teen Tours, and Larger than Life Productions, Inc. shall determine all issues as to
eligibility and I agree to abide by that determination both as to myself and other applicants
10.) I further understand that this is designed to promote service, education, character, and culture and that it is not a beauty pageant
(Prior pageant experience is not required.)
