You are invited to submit a poster or presentation proposal to be part of our 2024 Annual Conference & Expo!

Why submit a proposal?
- Share your academic research or class project in a dynamic way.

- Kickstart or advance your career by presenting at a historic conference attended by more than 4,000 professionals and students.
- Gather critical feedback on your work and exchange wisdom with others in the field.
 
All presenters receive a complimentary conference registration to attend in-person and virtual sessions.

Conference details
MSSA's 2024 Conference & Expo is being held in-person March 20-22, 2024 at the Minneapolis Convention Center, with the Virtual Conference taking place via Zoom on Thursdays in April 2024. 
 
Student Showcase presentations and Student Poster presentations will take place during the in-person conference only
- Showcase date to be determined on accepted proposers' availability.
- Posters on Wednesday, March 20 and Thursday, March 21 only.

Submission details
Complete this online form by 11:59 PM CST on Sunday, December 31, 2023. Confirmation of whether your proposal is accepted for inclusion in the conference will be emailed to you by January 15, 2024. Accepted proposals will be scheduled for either a poster or the showcase (as indicated in your form); not both.

Student Showcase details:
- Presentations should be 15 minutes in length and include a slideshow.
- Showcase will include 3 students, each presenting for 15 minutes in a 60-minute timeslot.
- Showcase date and time to be determined.

Student Poster details:
- Students should be beside their poster during the Break Plus (extended break) period for their assigned date - either Wednesday, March 20 from 3:15-3:45 PM, or Thursday, March 21 from 10:15-10:45 AM (no posters on Friday, March 22).
- There are no criteria for your poster layout or format. Anything that can be affixed to the tack board (8 feet by 4 feet) will work.
- Tackboards and pins will be provided by MSSA, and presentation spaces will be randomly assigned.

You will be notified of your submission's status by January 31, 2024. Additional details (presentation space, parking, etc.) will be provided to accepted presenters.
