This report is designed to track your chapter's activities and will contribute to calculating points for National Awards, including Chapter of the Year.
The purpose of this report is to highlight your chapter's efforts, so please make sure to submit it as frequently as possible. To stay on top of things, it’s best practice to complete the report within one week of an event occurring.


The deadline to complete each report is the 5th day of the month following when the activity occurred, and the link will be disabled on the 5th of each month and will reopen on the 8th. (i.e., September activities submitted by October 5th then submission for October will be open Oct 8th, etc.).*

*For August activities, please submit those activity reports with your September report.
