This survey is run jointly by Rosie Maternity & Neonatal Voices and by Peterborough & Hinchingbrooke Maternity & Neonatal Voices who meet with senior staff at their local hospitals to review the experiences and feedback collected from this survey.
If your baby died during pregnancy, labour or neonatally, you may prefer to complete our baby loss and bereavement care survey.
If your baby stayed on the neonatal intensive care or special care baby unit, you may also wish to complete our neonatal care survey.
