We are sorry that your baby has died or that your pregnancy has ended and we offer our condolences.
If your baby died at any time during pregnancy or neonatally, or you experienced a molar or ectopic pregnancy and you received care from the Rosie Hospital, Hinchingbrooke Hospital or Peterborough City Hospital we would hugely appreciate your input so more parents' voices and experiences are listened to. If you have experienced multiple losses please comment on the most recent, or feel free to use the comment boxes to explain differences in care over time.
This survey is run jointly by Rosie Maternity & Neonatal Voices and by Peterborough & Hinchingbrooke Maternity & Neonatal Voices, with results being fed back to each local hospital as part of our work listening to parents and improving care.
