West Virginia Digital Access and Equity Asset Inventory Form |
Welcome to the Digital Access and Equity Survey
West Virginians value connectivity, and organizations throughout our great State are working daily to ensure that West Virginia residents have the internet connectivity they need, understand its many uses, and have the resources they need to succeed.
The West Virginia Office of Broadband and the West Virginia Broadband Enhancement Council are gathering information about organizations, agencies, offices, and businesses throughout the State that help promote digital equity and related programs and services, or work with individuals who may benefit from these programs and services.
We understand that internet connectivity is essential. Digital Equity means enabling all individuals and communities to have access to, and the ability to use, information technology (including Internet access) to fully participate in society, the economy, and perform civic duties.
If your organization assists West Virginians with accessing, using, understanding or improving digital equity, digital literacy, technical skills, and related essential functions, we want to learn more about your work. Please help us connect West Virginia residents to these programs and services by completing this short organizational profile form.
This information will be used to complete West Virginia's Digital Equity Plan and its Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Five-Year Action Plan. Through these plans, West Virginia will receive historic funding to strengthen Digital Equity programs throughout our State and help achieve the connectivity that our communities deserve.
Thank you and we look forward to working with you to achieve a more connected West Virginia!
