Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Your feedback will help improve the way Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) communicates with you and people in your community.


2022 MLHD CONSUMER SURVEY

The MLHD 2022 Community Survey gathers information from people across the Murrumbidgee region about their experience with and knowledge of services in hospitals and other healthcare facilities.

MLHD working with Local Health Advisory Committees manages the survey program. The survey is anonymous. Participation in the survey is voluntary and respondents cannot be identified from the information provided in this survey.


PURPOSE

The purpose of the 2022 MLHD Community Survey is to:

  • measure consumers level of awareness about services offered
  • identify gaps in the provision of information
  • identify best communication channels to inform, consult and engage with specific communities


SCHEDULE

This survey will open from 1 September 2022 and close on 30 November 2022. A summary of the findings will be published by Murrumbidgee Local Health District on the website and submitted to an administrative health journal.


WHO RECEIVES THE SURVEY

Surveys are conducted with a range of people from a variety of ages, background and locations who live in the Murrumbidgee region. If you live in the Murrumbidgee Local Health District and are aged 18 and over, you are invited to complete this survey.

Your feedback will allow the public to see what others are saying, and shows MLHD what we are doing well and where improvements can be made.
