The City of Chamblee, through a partnership with the Atlanta Regional Commission, is undertaking a Livable Centers Initiative Housing Study to assess the housing marketplace and identify appropriate ways to address housing needs and challenges.

This survey is an important part of the overall Housing Study and helps us better understand housing suitability (whether existing housing options meet community needs) and affordability (can residents and workers afford to rent or own in Chamblee).

Your feedback is completely confidential and will help us better understand housing needs, opportunities, challenges, and preferences.  The results of this survey and the housing study will help shape Chamblee's housing policies to best serve the needs of current and future residents and workers.

The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete. Thank you for taking the time to share your responses! If you have any questions, please email Mercy Montgomery, Assistant City Manager, at You can find more information about the housing study and housing in Chamblee at
