The MACC Awards for Individuals seek to recognize inspiring Indian professionals who have demonstrated resilience, purpose, and progress in their career journeys. These gender-agnostic and industry-neutral recognitions celebrate individuals who exemplify intentionality, innovation, and impact in the way they shape their professional paths. Whether through overcoming personal odds, or pioneering new approaches, these stories deserve to be spotlighted.

The awards will be presented at the Knowledge Track as part of the Conference Agenda.

Note - Individual Awards are gender-agnostic, no-industry-specific. Except for Inspiring Second Career Women awards which has a separate form.
