Council presently offers a monthly customer service and council presence at the Lorne Visitor Information Centre on the third Wednesday of each month. The service allows local residents to raise issues in person with a Councillor, to make payments and access Customer Service staff.
Customer Service staff and Councillors currently attend from 10am-12:30pm and 1:15pm-3:30pm.
Service dates for the next six months are:

• Wed 16 May 2012
At the end of this period the service will be reviewed.
