Somerset Regional Council have partnered with West Moreton Health and Darling Downs and West Moreton Primary Health Network to look at youth wellbeing in the Lowood area.

This project focuses on how young people living in the Lowood district feel about their community and environment, and how we may be able to help provide better services and outcomes for young people.

We are asking for feedback from people living in the Lowood district aged 14 to 21 years old, to help us better understand how you feel about your community – what you love about living in Lowood, and some of the challenges you might face living here.  The survey will be available for completion till Sunday, 1 December 2019.

While parental consent for people aged 14 to 16 years is not compulsory, it is strongly encouraged that young people talk about the survey and their responses with a trusted adult.

This survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous.  Please feel free to give extra comments after each question in the "Option for comment" boxes.  If you do not have an opinion about a particular question, feel free to leave it blank.

If answering any of these questions makes you feel uncomfortable or upset and you’d like to speak to someone for emotional support, you can:
·         Talk to a safe and trusted adult in your life (at school, home or in the community)
·         Call Kids Helpline (1800 551 800) or 13 MH CALL (1300 642 255)
