We invite you to take our Annual Legacy Survey about local arts, culture, and history programming from your public television station. This includes local broadcast shows, digital series, events, programming for educators/caregivers, or other content. We will use your input to improve our programming and better meet the needs of our communities.

The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Taking the survey is optional and your individual responses will be kept confidential. We may use some quotes in promotional materials or to report to funders, but we will not include any personal information that would identify you. If you have any questions about the survey or how the information will be used, please contact evaluation@tpt.org.
