This award honors a Louisiana banker who is 45 years old or younger for their contribution to their bank and/or the banking industry. A minimum of 5 years in banking and an employee of a LBA member bank is required to qualify. Nominations limited to two per bank. Up to five (5) young bankers will be recognized. 
 
Examples of contributions include but are not limited to:
• Bank Executive or Senior Officer
• Rising Star who exemplifies teamwork, give examples
• A young banker who's innovative actions initiated programs/processes for efficiencies; give examples. 
• A young banker, working in the back office, provides an effective experience for internal customers; give examples. 
• Diversity and Inclusion- Young banker who effectively exemplifies acceptance and inclusion of others; give examples.
