Taste of Burlington Winter 2024 will run from Monday, January 29 to Sunday, February 11, 2024.

Completed agreement due by November 24, 2023.

Deadline for menu submission is December 15, 2023

Participation in the program is FREE.

Participants must offer a 2 or 3 course menu at a fixed price (does not include taxes & gratuity). This can include an appetizer and entrée, entrée and dessert, or all three. Please limit options to a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 choices per category.

All options on menu must be included in offered price (i.e., if dessert is offered at a separate cost to the appetizer and entrée, it will not be included as part of the special menu).

Restaurants must participate in entire duration of program. If you are usually closed on a Monday, you would not have to open. Weekend participation is a must.

You will be provided a Taste of Burlington branded menu to use throughout the program. Please provide this to your customers as it has the QR code for the post-dining survey. Your menu will be posted to the Taste of Burlington website.

Restaurants may limit reservations for Taste of Burlington during the program but may not exclude reservations for any day which they are normally open for business.

Track number of diners for Taste of Burlington - at end of program report on number of participants (failure to provide this information affects program statistics and will be grounds for non-participation in future programs)

Provide consistent levels of customer service as determined by industry standards.

Place poster in visible location in restaurant window indicating you are a participant (posters will be delivered to you prior to the program)

Educate your staff about this program and have them promote it to customers before and during program.

Promote event through your website, e-newsletters, social media, and other advertising. (#TOB2024)

Restaurants must be in Burlington and agree to the rules as laid out in the Taste of Burlington program agreement.
