1. All Volunteers must attend a Compulsory Briefing at the BCEC on Monday 7 August from 5.00pm to 6:30pm.
2. Volunteer selections are at the discretion of AHRI and will be based on the needs of the Convention. Pending submissions received, some candidates may not be selected. Those that are available for several shifts or full days will be given preference.
