1. Introduction and instructions

Thank you for your interest in ICAC's workshops. Places for these workshops are very limited and they are designed for specific audiences. This questionnaire will help you work out what workshop(s) you might be eligible to attend. Please answer all the questions. If you are eligible to attend a workshop, a link will be provided for you to register for that workshop in Zoom.
