Duplin County Broadband Survey

By participating in this survey, you are agreeing that Duplin County and the NC Broadband Infrastructure Office may seek to contact you to follow up on your service needs. Results will be: 1) mapped to show unmet needs or demand for high-speed internet and 2) shared with relevant broadband service providers or community planners in an effort to identify service solutions. Therefore, your address in the beginning demographic section is critical to identifying underserved areas. We invite all Duplin County residents to complete this survey by December 30th, 2021.
