Dear Lunar Science Forum Participants,

Thank you for taking part in this year’s Lunar Science Forum, held completely in virtual space for the first time. We hope the presentations, posters, student lightning round talks, Hubs and the NASA Town Hall created many rewarding opportunities for everyone. With over 450 unique visitors to the conference, a steady participation at the ~150 participant level (~200 peak) throughout the sessions, and the feedback we have received so far, we are optimistic that the challenge we were given by NASA was a success.

However, we realize there is no substitute for networking and collaborations that arise from an in-person conference, and it is our sincere hope that we can use a combined virtual/in-person approach in the future. The following survey will provide us with feedback that will help shape the future of the virtual component of the NASA Lunar Science Forum, as well as other virtual seminars and workshops. Please take this ~15 minute survey by 5 pm PDT Friday, July 26, 2013.

We appreciate your support very much.

Sincerely,

Yvonne Pendleton, Director
Greg Schmidt, Deputy Director
Solar System Exploration Research Virtual Institute (SSERVI)
