Nominations must include a plastics processor that has designed and/or manufactured the cap or closure for the North America market. Nominations also should include collaboration partners, including end users and suppliers. 

Submissions must be for caps and closures that have been launched commercially – either as incorporated into packaging on retail store shelves or available for supply chain use – during the period from May 1, 2016, through May 1, 2017.
