Facilities Master Plan - Feedback Form
London Public Library

London Public Library is looking at how our library branches can keep pace with the City’s growing population and meet the needs of our residents over the next 10 years. This Feedback Form will let us know how you use our library branches and what you would like to see in them moving forward, which we will consider as part of our Library Facilities Master Plan.

The Feedback Form will be available until November 30, 2025 and should take about 5 minutes to complete. All responses will be kept confidential and will be reproduced in summary form only. We respectfully ask that one form per person is submitted and you are welcome to answer on behalf of other members living in your household.

As part of the Facilities Master Plan, we are hosting the following open houses where you can chat with Library staff and the Consultants:

• Central Library (251 Dundas Street) – November 10, 2025 from 11 am - 1 pm

• Bostwick Branch (501 Southdale Road West) - November 20, 2025 from 6 pm - 8 pm

• Cherryhill Branch (301 Oxford St. W.) - November 18, 2025 from 3 pm - 5 pm

• Jalna Branch (1119 Jalna Blvd.) - November 26, 2025 from 4 pm - 6 pm

• Sherwood Branch (#32 - 1225 Wonderland R. N.) - November 27, 2025 from 5 pm - 7 pm

• Beacock Branch (1280 Huron St.) -November 13, 2025 from 4 pm to 6 pm
