Leadership Portage County challenges participants to broaden their understanding of Portage County and develop their leadership skills through networking, education, activities and community involvement. 

Application instructions:

  2. Complete this electronic application, and scholarship application, if necessary. (If you prefer to print and complete a paper copy, download the print version)
  3. Have your employer/sponsoring organization complete the Employer Consent and Recommendation Form
  4. Return all materials and $250 tuition deposit to the Portage County Business Council Foundation office

Page 1 will ask for general information about you, your employer, and your leadership background. Page 2 will ask three open-ended questions (found below). Page 3 asks for two references and a digital signature. Depending on the length of your responses, the application will take no more than 20-30 minutes to complete.
