The Primary Care Workforce learning needs analysis has been developed so that the NCL Training Hub and system partners are able to understand the education and training needs of primary care in NCL. Each section of the survey focuses on a different aspect, such as identifying training needs or understanding any support that may be required to help develop teams and individuals. We know time and resource is limited and the majority of questions are optional, however, to help us to demonstrate and understand what training and education is needed we would encourage you to answer as many of the questions as possible (we estimate this will take up to 15 minutes). However, if you don't have enough time to complete the entire survey, please answer the first few questions and feel free to proceed to the end when prompted.
