President's Survey

Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this end-of-the-year survey. This is not a District survey, and your answers are always anonymous. Your answers will be confidential, and any specific information about sites or individuals will not be shared. I use your answers to provide the ABCFT Executive Board, ABCFT committees, and the ABCFT Negotiating Team with background information and guiding parameters, enabling them to serve the needs of the members better.

Over the past fourteen years, I have collected your answers and listened to the crucial voices of teachers and nurses. I have added a couple of new questions and made minor changes to some existing questions to make them more relevant. I will share the results of the multiple-choice questions at the beginning of the next school year, along with how ABCFT is taking steps to address the needs of its members based on the resulting data.

Your comments provide direction and actionable points for the ABCFT leadership. Thank you for continuing to give the ABC Federation of Teachers the ability to help provide you with the tools to do your best in your schools and classrooms.
