This evaluation contains statements regarding Respiratory Care course material and instructors.
Use the mouse to click on the button that best represents your response. Feel free to add comments you believe could help us make improvements to this program. Your feedback is important and your responses will remain anonymous.
Please choose a course and an instructor, then answer the survey questions and click on "Done" to submit your responses. The site will then loop back to the survey for you to choose another instructor, or another course and instructor. For any one course in which you have more than one instructor, it is not necessary to repeat your responses related to the course material (question #3-12), but responses related to the instructor are required (#13-17).
