The challenges around learning measurement are persistent and perennial for Learning and Development organizations, but the tolerance for falling short in establishing business or organizational relevance is dramatically shorter these days. As data and analytics now suffuse almost every aspect of how business is executed, the inability to clearly link learning to performance looks more and more like professional incompetence. The pressure is on for L&D to come to the table with learning results that tie directly to organizational performance, not just course completions, attendance records, and test results.

This survey will examine the industry's progress towards learning measurement maturity, the consequences related to success and failure, the common roadblocks experienced, and what successful organizations do to obtain learning measurement data on critical performance measures and KPIs.

This survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. In appreciation of your time and insights, those who complete the survey and provide their email will receive a summary of the results in 45 - 60 days.

Your survey responses remain completely confidential, and your name is not given to external parties or associated with any responses. Survey findings will only be reported in aggregate. If you agree to answer a few questions by phone, you may also be contacted by Brandon Hall Group staff to request a confidential, qualitative research interview by an analyst.

Thank you in advance for completing this important survey.
