Description: What if the path to exemplary leadership could start with following five simple steps? In this session, we’ll incorporate renowned leadership educators Kouzes and Posner’s 30+ years of extensive research which led to The Leadership Challenge framework. The Leadership Challenge supports the idea that anyone can be a leader. Through understanding the five exemplary practices, participants will gain additional insights into leadership, and can begin applying these lessons to real life experiences.
