Rx: Atorvastatin (ATO), digoxin, losartan, dulaglutide, erythropoietin, vitamin D 
Social Hx:🚫🚙, no support@ home 
 
What do u recommend & which meds do you modify? (Required.)
5.For elderly immunocompromised patients taking concomitant medications requiring dose adjustments or increased monitoring, the following oral antiviral may be an option since dose adjustments are not required:(Required.)
