Eligible respondents must be 18 years old or older, a patient diagnosed with asthma and/or nasal polyps with chronic nasal congestion/chronic nasal drip (chronic rhinosinusitis) with nasal polyps, plus reside in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France, or Spain.
