About the Survey

Results of our annual survey provide valuable insight and direction to in-house agency leaders. The 2021 In-House Creative Industry Report featured data from more than 380 in-house agencies within Fortune 1000 and middle-market companies, educational institutions and nonprofit organizations.

To minimize multiple responses from the same organization, we ask that the senior-most in-house agency leader complete the survey. If you are taking the survey for your organization, please inform your colleagues that you will be responding to the survey on their behalf.

The survey was designed to take around 30 minutes. If you’re interrupted, you can stop and pick right up again later—your answers will be saved. Just be sure to use the same computer when you continue your response.
