ArtsCONNECT supports touring projects developed by presenter consortia based in the region that include public performances and complementary activities. Presenters must be located in DC, DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, USVI or WV.

In order to facilitate the development of presenter consortia, Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation (MAAF) has developed Projects in Development to connect both those presenters who have already identified an artist/ensemble they would like to present, but need to find presenting partners to create a an eligible consortium, as well as those presenters who have not yet identified an artist/ensemble, but would like to become part of a consortium application.

In mid-December, MAAF will release the first installment of ArtsCONNECT Projects in Development; the listings will then be updated following each submission deadline listed below. MAAF reserves the right to omit submissions that are ineligible for the ArtsCONNECT program and/or to edit entries as needed.

Submission deadlines are:
Monday, December 19, 2016
Friday, January 20, 2017
Friday, February 17, 2017

Inclusion in the listing does not constitute approval or endorsement by MAAF of a project or organization, nor is it necessary to be included in the listing to be eligible to submit an application to the program.

Detailed information about ArtsCONNECT, including applicant, artist and project eligibility, can be found in the program guidelines at www.midatlanticarts.org. The deadline for final submission of a 2017-2018 ArtsCONNECT application is Friday, March 17, 2017. Questions should be directed to Haowen Wang, Program Officer, Performing Arts at haowen@midatlanticarts.org.
