I-5 Brooks Interchange Area Management Plan We are working on a plan on how we can update and improve the Brooks Interchange, Exit 263 on I-5, in the future. Over the next year, ODOT will create an Interchange Area Management Plan. The plan will: Identify transportation improvements, access management strategies, and land use/policy actions needed to support planned development. Involve state and local jurisdictions including Marion County, as well as community stakeholders and interchange users. The study area extends from the intersection of River Road and Brooklake Road west of I-5 to the intersection of Portland Road (OR 99E) and Brooklake Road to the east. We do not have funding for construction. This plan will help provide the framework for future changes. Question Title * 1.
