Starting your application with Mid-Ohio Food Collective
Welcome! This is the first step in onboarding you as a partner with Mid-Ohio Food Collective. Before proceeding with this application, we hope you read through the Requirements for Becoming a Partner Agency before getting to this point! Please be aware that we are requiring anyone applying to be a food pantry that you will offer services to the public at least once a week. Also, you have to be at least three months operational weekly before we can review your application.
