Saint Paul Public Works is testing pedestrian improvements on West 7th Street. We selected 3 locations based on community input:

·   Goodrich Avenue: bumpout on southeast corner
·   Armstrong Avenue & Bay Street: center pedestrian island on the east side of the intersection
·   Perlman Street: center pedestrian island on the west side of the intersection
