Welcome to the 21-22 academic year!

In order to be officially recognized by KCC, all student groups (campus clubs, associate clubs & student organizations) are required to complete the registration process annually. Please complete this form to register your student group!

Once you've completed the form, the Campus Clubs Officer in ASKCC will contact you about Club Officer/Advisor training, Club Council, and additional events/resources for the year!

Associate Club: must have at least 3 currently registered students as active members, and designate an officer for Club President. Must have a full-time faculty or exempt staff member designated as Club Advisor. NOT eligible for funding from student fees, but may fundraise. Encouraged to attend ASKCC general meetings, but not required.

Campus Club: must have at least 5 currently registered students as active members, and designate officers for Club President, Treasurer, and ASKCC Club Representative. Must have a full-time faculty or exempt staff member designated as Club Advisor. Eligible for funding from student fees via the budget request process, and may fundraise to supplement budget. Required to send a Club Rep to attend ASKCC general meetings at least once per month.

Student Organization: must have at least 8 currently registered students as active members and be formally affiliated as a chapter of a national organization. Must designate officers for Club President, Treasurer, and ASKCC Student Organization Representative. Must have a full-time faculty or exempt staff member designated as Club Advisor. Eligible for funding from student fees via the budget request process, and may fundraise to supplement budget. Required to send a Student Organization Rep to attend ASKCC general meetings at least once per month.
