Infrastructure Equity Research Survey

Section 1. Introduction and Consent
The Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure (ISI) and the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) are conducting research to explore how social equity outcomes can be more effectively assessed in infrastructure planning, design, construction, and operations. As part of this effort, the research team has developed a preliminary set of Infrastructure Equity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) organized around three core equity dimensions (Redistribution, Recognition, and Representation) and six cross-cutting themes. Survey responses will help evaluate the relevance, clarity, practicality, feasibility, and potential value of these proposed indicators and inform recommendations for future social equity guidance and potential content development for Envision v4.
