New Trier High School appreciates your valuable feedback regarding our student’s health. This data will enable us to structure and implement targeted prevention initiatives to enhance youth health and safety as well as parent education. We are conducting a survey of parents of 9th-12th graders. The purpose of this survey is to help the school learn more about parent communication, beliefs, attitudes and perceptions regarding underage drinking and substance use. This information will be used through health promotion activities and community-wide messaging.
This survey is anonymous. No identifying information about you will be released to you or anyone. We respect your privacy, and want to assure you that your responses are anonymous and confidential. The data are being handled through Survey Monkey. It should only take about 5 minutes to answer the questions.
