The purpose of this survey is to ask for your input about the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra (TBSO) brand perceptions, personality, its concerts, what they are doing well, what can be improved and how they communicate with you.

We’ll use this research to help TBSO evolve and strengthen its brand, develop its key messages and clarify marketing communications that promote the TBSO and its concert series.
