Session Guidelines

You may submit as many proposals as you like, but each topic must be submitted separately. The Annual NAMIC Conference Planning Committee will evaluate proposals by topic during the selection process.
  • All presenters who submit proposals will be notified of the results the week of April 14, 2025. It is expected that if you are selected as a presenter, you will be available at your designated slot.
  • Sessions should be 60 minutes in length (including 15 minutes for Q&A).
  • Due to room capacity, consider an audience size of 100 to 150 participants.
  • Please note that proposal submission does not guarantee acceptance as a speaker/presenter.
  • NAMIC does not pay an honorarium or speaker fees to those who moderate or serve on panels nor does NAMIC cover travel and expense for speakers to participate in the conference.
