LearningScapes Conference
EXCLUSIVE INVITE! The Chicagoland Chapter of the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE) is offering a scholarship for one Public School Educator or Administrator within the geographical area served by the Chapter* to cover registration, transportation, and accommodation for the 2026 LearningSCAPES conference in Seattle, Washington.
The scholarship will be given to a Public Sector employee who is committed to the profession and wants to learn more about the association and who is interested in active participation and sharing during the conference events. Both self-nominations and nominations by others are welcome.
Public Sector applies to all PK-12 school districts, colleges, universities, departments of education employees, educational service centers and government agency staff.

The scholarship will financially assist a Public Sector employee with Full Conference Registration, transportation, and accommodation equalling no greater than $2,000.00. The scholarship winner will be required to submit receipts for reimbursement.
Applicants must be a Public School Educator or Administrator within the geographical area served by the Chapter*.
*The geographical areas served consist of Cook, Du Page, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, and Will counties in Illinois, and Lake, La Porte, and Porter counties in Indiana.
The Chapter will award one scholarship in the amount of $2,000. The scholarship award winner will be expected to attend the conference in-person and confirm their attendance by October 1, at the latest. In the event that the selected recipient is unable to attend, the Board will move to the next most qualified applicant.
