Introduction

This survey gathers insights on local responses to the COVID-19 outbreak and their impact on the lives of persons with disabilities and older persons1.

The survey is for local government representatives, urban planners, persons with disabilities, civil society representatives, Disabled People Organizations (DPO) representatives, attendees to the Cities4All “Equity and Access in Times of Pandemic” Webinar Series and Regional Learning Group Members, and other stakeholders.

This is an anonymous survey. No phone numbers, email addresses, URL addresses, or IP addresses will be recorded or retained in any way.

To start, you will be asked a few demographic questions followed by questions about your perceptions of access and inclusion in times of pandemic and questions on existing programs and resources. The responses will be used anonymously, in aggregate and only for research purposes.

Data gathered will help inform inclusive urban policies in line with the Cities For All Global Campaign & Compact on Inclusive & Accessible Cities [#Cities4all]. The survey has been created by World Enabled in collaboration with the World Bank.
