Family Physicians' Time Spent on Clinical vs. Administrative Documentation Tasks 

We know that family physicians are facing increasing administrative demands including the need for timely documentation (including charting and form completion). With this, there is a growing challenge to maintain balance between direct patient care and administrative demands.

The OCFP is conducting a short survey (8 questions) to get a very rough approximation of the time family physicians spend on clinical and administrative documentation tasks. We ask that you please take less than 2 minutes to respond to our survey in order for the OCFP to understand your pressures and to advocate for attention to creating solutions that optimize your ability to focus on direct patient care.
