Event Information
Date: Saturday 4 March 2023
Location: Wally Tew Reserve, Corner Glenfern Road and Brenock Park Drive, Ferntree Gully.
Event Time: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
Stalls must be operational between 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Rides and Food Court must be operational until 10:00 pm.

This is a free event.

Key Dates
Expressions of Interest close at 3:00pm Friday 18 November
Applicants will be notified by 5pm on Friday 25 November 2022 (if not sooner) as to their success.

This is an Expression of Interest only and participation at previous festivals does not guarantee you a site. Your Expression of Interest may not be considered if it is incomplete or contains invalid information, so please ensure that you have all of your stall information with you before continuing.
