THE NILE BASIN INITIATIVE (NBI): Quick Survey on Stakeholder Awareness of NBI and its Activities

Re: NBI activities awareness survey
The NBI is a 10 Member inter-governmental partnership institution, which was established as a transitional arrangement pending the conclusion of the negotiation of the Cooperative Framework Agreement (CFA) and the formation of a permanent River Nile Basin Commission. The NBI provides the only all-inclusive mechanism for riparian countries to discuss with confidence, the management and development of the common Nile Basin water and related resources and to work towards attaining their Shared Vision objective: ‘To achieve sustainable socio-economic development through equitable utilization of, and benefit from, the common Nile Basin Water resources’.
NBI is conducting a simple electronic survey to establish if we have been keeping our key stakeholders adequately informed about NBI and its activities. Your feedback will enable us further improve our communications to you.
