The purpose of this survey is to capture the current impact of COVID-19, the Coronavirus, on area businesses and organizations.  As we advocate for assistance for those affected, we will use data from this survey to communicate to our local, state and federal legislative leaders the impact this is having on our community, and in particular, the impact to businesses and their employees.  NOTE: Your individual responses will remain confidential.
