CSAE uses a competency-based model for volunteer recruitment and selection.
This process provides CSAE with a deep insight into what skills the individual volunteers possess and the skills the volunteer roles require.
Your responses will assist CSAE to identify competency gaps which guide recruitment of new volunteers. For applicants who are applying to participate as a network volunteer, the competency assessment will be used by CSAE as part of its screening process to determine who to move forward.
