The CONSULT Scholarship program was recently established by SecuritySpecifiers, in partnership with the Security Industry Association (SIA), to help develop a new generation of security consultants. As workforce challenges evolve and demand for security services grows, the security industry is experiencing new pressures when it comes to recruiting, training, and retaining talent.
